KORA KinetIQ & Vizion — Watch Your Floor
What KinetIQ does
KinetIQ turns the watches and phones your team already wears into a live picture of your shop. It tracks movement, fatigue, and noise, ties every step to a job, and gives you a real-time 3D view of the floor. No new hardware to start — if your crew wears a watch or carries a phone, you already have what you need.
Watch the floor live with KORA Vizion
KORA Vizion is a real-time 3D view of your shop. Every running press lights up and shows the job, the operator, how many pieces are done, and an estimated finish time. Operators appear as live dots; trails, heatmaps, and alerts layer on top.
- 1Go to KinetIQ → KORA Vizion.
- 2Toggle layers (workers, trails, heatmap, events) in the HUD.
- 3Click "Pop out to TV" to send it to a wall-mounted screen — it auto-rotates views and shows your production queue.
Vizion runs full-screen on any TV or second monitor — perfect for the shop floor or the front office.
Design your shop in FloorBuilder
FloorBuilder lets you lay out your shop in 2D or 3D — or walk it in first person — from a library of 250+ real machines. KORA scores your layout and can suggest changes that cut wasted steps.
- 1Go to KinetIQ → Floor Plan.
- 2Drag machines from the palette onto your floor, or scan your space with your phone.
- 3Switch between 2D, 3D, and Walk modes, or try Dream Mode for a KORA-optimized layout.
Track your crew — and look out for them
Operators, Reserve, and Forecast give you steps, efficiency, and fatigue per person, a daily readiness score, and a projection of when each job finishes. KinetIQ is built to protect your crew, not surveil them — it flags fatigue and overexposure so you can rotate someone before they get hurt.
Hearing safety with Acoustic Sensing
Acoustic Sensing measures sound levels (dBA) on the devices already on your floor and rolls them up per zone and per operator against OSHA guidance. It is sound-level only — no audio is ever recorded or sent. Each person opts in, and it can be switched off per device at any time.
Acoustic Sensing is an advisory tool, not a substitute for OSHA-required industrial-hygiene monitoring.
Getting started
Connect a watch or phone for each operator, place your equipment in FloorBuilder, and patterns start to appear within a couple of shifts. Until you have live data, every screen shows a clearly-labeled sample shop so you can explore first.
- 1Open KinetIQ → Settings and review the wearable consent options.
- 2Enroll your crew in Operators and place your equipment in Floor Plan.
- 3Open KORA Vizion to watch it come alive.
