Start here: what belongs in Promo Products

This board is for promotional products — the mugs, pens, drinkware, bags, and hard goods that round out an apparel order and grow the average ticket. Sourcing, decorating methods, kitting, and fulfillment all live here.

Getting-started pointers:

• The decoration method follows the product. Pad print, laser, sublimation, screen, embroidery — the substrate decides what's possible. A stainless tumbler laser-engraves; a poly bag screen-prints.
• Mind the imprint area and setup fees. Promo suppliers charge setup/screen fees and cap the imprint area. Quote those in — they're easy to forget and they add up.
• Kitting is a service you can sell. Bundling a shirt + tumbler + sticker into one packaged kit is real added value (and real added revenue) for events and onboarding.
• Lead times run long. Blank sourcing + decoration + shipping stack up. Confirm the in-hands date before you promise it.

How to ask a good question: name the product, the decoration method you're planning, and the quantity. If you've got a supplier spec sheet or a proof, a photo or screenshot on the thread helps us catch imprint-area or method mismatches before they cost you.
